The area

 

The neighbourhood is one of the greenest areas of the city, close to the new botanical garden and the city center, it has everything you might need. There is a supermarket, wine store, beauty salon, florist and pharmacy right outside the door. The area is one of the safest in Kiev and is where many of the embassies are located.
